Chaparro’s Tamales are Made from the Freshest All Natural ingredients with No Preservatives.

Our Quality Home-Style Tamales are hand wrapped in a corn husk and steamed for a delicious authentic Mexican taste.

 We Use only Pure Vegetable Oil, there are no trans-fats in our tamales.
We use only USDA Inspected Grade A meats
for our seasoned shredded Beef, Pork and chicken tamales.
Our meats are marinated in our own special blend
 of Mexican spices and New Mexico chilies.

Our Tamale’s come in 1 1/2, 3 and 5 ounce.
 Half of this weight is Premium Shredded Meat.
